What is the return window?
If you want to return an item, contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at support@yaviora.com. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent according to the instructions from our customer service team.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is free and usually takes 6-10 business days after shipment. Express shipping usually takes 3-5 business days and costs $10.00 USD. Orders normally take 3-14 business days to process, so total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time.
When will I receive my refund?
Return processing may take up to 14 business days after we receive your return. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method, and card refunds are sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days after the returned item or cancellation request is received.
